Be Witnessed - A space to express yourself without needing an answer. Sometimes you don’t need advice, solutions, or another perspective. You simply need room to get it out. Be Witnessed is a space to vent, think out loud, and verbally process whatever you’re moving through, without a limit on how much you need to express and without an expectation of receiving a response. You don’t have to organize your thoughts, reach a conclusion, or turn your experience into a lesson before sharing it. This space is about being heard, not being guided. While I may listen to understand what’s unfolding, personalized guidance belongs in The Portal chat. Come as you are. You’re allowed to have an experience without needing to make sense of it immediately.

The Ritual Reserve is a growing collection of paid Zoom Rituals led by Mama T, including recordings of previous rituals and replays of future experiences.

I have had neck tension and pain for as long as I can remember. Having always lead an active lifestyle I chalked it up to be stiffness from everything I used to do.
